How to use : Soak seeds in water for 12-24 hours, then transfer to sprouting bag, and hang over sink to dry, rinse 2-3 times daily to keep it moist, always hang for water to drain out, repeat for a few days till you see seeds sprouting, store in fridge to slow down sprouting process if you desire, and eat.
