    When I tell you that once I tasted this smooth, soft and delicious fudge I COULD NOT stop. The fact that it has no bad ingredients ( ONLY 4 ingredients) makes it a GREAT winner. This healthy chocolate coconut fudge recipe will always be my go to. Delicious coconut fudge What makes this fudge so special? Consider this : A fudge with ingredients filled with cups and cups of processed sugar, artificial syrups and fake butter, compared to a 4 ingredient fudge, no sugar and really healing ingredients combined together. Which one would you choose? The one that causes, break-outs, gut-issues, cancer, weight-gain, diabetes. tooth decays, liver damage, energy crashes and much more, or the one with healing, uplifting benefits for the body. Plus they both are tasty? If you're staying to read the simple ingredients, then great, you made a great choice. Yummy desserts DOES NOT have to be unhealthy. Let me show you. Ingredients 2 cups of coconut butter 1/4 cup of raw honey 4 tablespoons of raw butter 5 teaspoons of cacao That's it! Too be honest, most of the time when I make recipes, I do measurement with the eye, so if you feel like it could be more sweeter, or more more chocolaty, please add desired ingredients. Instructions For the coconut butter you will need coconut desiccated flakes and a food processor or hand blender. For a few minutes the coconut desiccated flakes must be blended until it becomes smooth and buttery. Coconut butter Add other ingredients (honey, butter and cacao) to the coconut butter and blend together Pour into desired holder with parchment paper and let cool down in fridge. When cooled down cut into blocks and enjoy. There you have delicious 4 ingredient healthy chocolate, coconut fudge.

    This is an easy, delicious and healthy quick "throw together' snack. It has the perfect amount of crisp and smoothness. Dark chocolate, fig and buckwheat cluster This cluster is filled with antioxidants and minerals from various sources. Dried figs is my go to for any dried fruit as it is so packed with healthy minerals. Buckwheat coming in second which is naturally gluten-free and high in antioxidants. This is like a nutritional powerhouse. Without further ado let's hop right to all the other ingredients. Ingredients : 100% dark cacao chocolate Buckwheat Dried figs Raisins Raw honey Macadamia nut butter Salt Let the chocolate melt and combine all chopped up ingredients until it's a thick consistency. Place scoops (clusters) on a sheet and let it harden in the fridge for about 15 minutes.

  • Raw kefir mango flavored ice-cream

    This raw kefir mango flavored ice-cream is our go to every summer. Not only is it delicious but packed with healthy bacteria, minerals and more. Delicious raw kefir mango flavored ice-cream This Ice-cream have a very smooth and soft texture and doesn't get too hard in the freezer. There is a very particular way of moving around with the kefir and I will leave a step by step guide below. Two kefir fermentation steps : First fermentation with kefir grains. Instead of using milk I used raw cream. Second (further) fermentation with fruits. Second fermentation kefir exploded a bit with mango Not a lot of people know about the second fermentation process. It is very easy and consist just of a little extra time and patience. So after the first fermentation with the grains are completed, you separate the grains from the milk/cream (in this one I used cream) and add any kind of fruit of your liking. You can leave it chunky or blend it in. Leave it outside for another 12-24 hours (make sure you let it breathe, not closing the lid completely or using a cloth to rather cover it). The sugar of the fruit, gets it to a further fermentation, creating even more healthy bacteria's. Now that we got the fermentations of the kefir covered, let's hop to the raw kefir mango flavored ice-cream recipe. Ingredients : 1 cup mango fermented raw cream kefir (read above). 1 cup raw kefir 2 egg yolks 1/4 cup raw honey Pinch of salt Instructions : Blend all ingredients together and put in the freezer for 8 + hours. Kefir before it is frozen

Let me introduce you to this 4 ingredient healthy coconut-oil dark chocolate. chocolate made with coconut oil This yummy chocolate delicately melts in your mouth and the great part of this, you can custom your ingredients however you prefer it. If you like a sweeter taste, you can add more sweetener or if you like the darker cacao taste you can add more of that. Dried fruit, fresh fruit, nuts and nut butters, but today I want to share the plain basic one's.
